I came across this wonderful article by Dr Nor Ashikin Mokhtar of Malaysia and I wanted to share it with you.

Given that there was a posting on achieving more not less as you get older, this article by Dr Mokhtar complemented the concept of age not being an impediment.

Some time ago, 1996, I read a stimulating book called, “The Age Heresy” by Tony Buzan and Raymond Keene.  As you can see that was 11 years ago.

Now 11 years older, I am of a chronological age that if I were a wine, I would be regarded as ‘vivaciously vintage’.

I guess 11 years ago I was attracted to the book because, being a person who plans well in advance, I wanted to be prepared for the inevitable march of the years.
